Instructions for use

Mix 1 tablespoon (15 ml) with 120 ml of water. Shake well before use.

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 15 ml. Not suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding women, or children under 12 years of age. Consult a doctor before use if you are taking medication or have health problems.

Best before: see date on the back of the packaging. Store in a dry place, away from heat. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 30 days.
