Collagen is an abundant protein in the body and provides the main building blocks of bones, skin, muscles, etc. As we age, natural collagen production decreases, leading to visible signs such as less firm and supple skin and weakening of cartilage. There are 3 types of collagen

Type 1: Is responsible for 90% of the collagen in your body and is made of densely packed fibers.
Type 2: Made of looser fibers and is found in elastic cartilage, which protects your joints.
Type 3: Supports the structure of muscles, organs and arteries.

Hyaluronic acid helps improve skin elasticity and give it a radiant glow. Biotin helps protect normal skin and hair. Copper helps protect normal skin and pigmentation. Vitamin C helps with the production of collagen, which is necessary for normal skin function. Zinc helps maintain normal hair and nails.

Instructions for use:

Adults: Mix 1 scoop (14 g) with 200 ml water or another liquid.
