Instructions for use:

Preparation: Mix 4 scoops (52 g) of the mixture with 200 ml of water or 2 scoops (26 g) of the mixture with 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat). Shake well until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved, then consume. Note: Meal replacement for weight management.
